Job summary

Bluehost is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for our shared hosting platform. You will drive retention-focused initiatives across the customer journey—from provisioning to renewal—while aligning with engineering and executive leadership to deliver measurable improvements.

You will lead with a data-driven mindset, working on reducing churn, improving the renewal experience, and modernizing the hosting management interface to provide a reliable, scalable platform

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the shared hosting platform across brands and align with engineering and leadership.
• Diagnose retention issues across first-term and renewal-term churn, and implement a data-driven roadmap to improve renewals.
• Improve provisioning, onboarding, domain connection, and first-session experience to reduce churn.
• Modernize hosting management UX, including migration from legacy tooling, while maintaining continuity for existing customers.
• Collaborate with pricing, billing, and lifecycle marketing to make renewal value-driven and transparent.
