Job summary

Bluehost, a Newfold Digital brand, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for its shared hosting platform. You will focus on retention, shaping the post-purchase experience, provisioning, onboarding, and renewal processes to reduce churn across millions of customers.

You will partner with engineering, care, pricing, and marketing to align on a long-term vision, run multi-quarter roadmaps, build solid business cases, and measure impact on renewal and CSAT.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-quarter vision, strategy, and roadmap for the shared hosting platform across brands.
• Build business cases with sizing, cohort impact modeling, and a credible view of payback.
• Diagnose churn and reduce renewal churn by prioritizing the largest addressable causes.
• Own provisioning, onboarding, domain connection, and the first-session experience to minimize churn.
• Partner with engineering, care, pricing, and lifecycle marketing to align on a long-term retention strategy.
