Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape and lead strategy across complex product suites. You will work with clients, sales, and delivery teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive product launches from concept to delivery.

You will translate client needs into detailed requirements, develop value propositions, and collaborate with agile, data analytics, and development teams to ensure market success and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant product experience.
• Experience managing complex products or portfolios.
• Ability to translate client and market needs into requirements.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with product discovery and launches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage product strategy, roadmaps, business requirements, enhancements, launches, and lifecycle priorities across complex product suites.
• Conduct client and stakeholder discovery to inform strategy and prioritization.
• Develop and communicate product vision, value propositions, positioning, and priorities.
• Translate needs into product requirements, user personas, journeys, use cases, and data models.
• Define minimum viable product features and prioritize features and epics.
• Partner with development, agile, analytics, and data science teams.
• Lead cross-functional planning for launches and enhancements with sales, marketing, delivery.
• Analyze market research and client feedback to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Coordinate UAT, product demos, education, and communications for adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on messaging and opportunities.
