Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a marketing leader to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for its healthcare and life sciences portfolio. You will translate capabilities into differentiated offerings and collaborate with service lines, sales, and delivery teams to drive pipeline growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in B2B solutions, services, or product marketing for professional services or complex enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for solutions and services, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, packaging, sales enablement, and campaign support.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define market-ready offerings, target audiences, value propositions, and delivery models.
• Lead offering launches and commercialization initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Create and maintain positioning frameworks, buyer personas, messaging, solution narratives, and supporting proof points.
• Develop portfolio architecture that communicates how Vizient's solutions address healthcare and life sciences client needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client insight activities to inform strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing to develop training, proposals, campaigns, and thought leadership.
• Partner with delivery/account teams to identify measurable outcomes, develop case studies, and ensure accurate messaging.
