Job summary

Vizient is seeking a senior product leader to identify, validate, and deliver on high-visibility strategic initiatives across hospitals, distributors, and manufacturers. You will blend strategy, discovery, and execution to build internal and customer-facing software solutions that enable rapid deployment in complex data-rich environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software product management, health care ops or supply chain preferred.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions generating value and efficiencies.
• Strong ability to develop and articulate business cases for new product investments.
• High level of comfort engaging directly with customers to drive discovery.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and emerging technology trends.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery with customer interviews and hypothesis testing.
• Develop robust business cases including financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Define and execute a product roadmap for national centers and services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and client services.
• Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions into production environments.
