Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap for digital products across multiple lines. The role requires collaborating with engineering, design, and operations to deliver cohesive experiences and impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, strong Agile experience, and a track record of delivering products from concept to launch. Remote work is supported with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Understand customer needs through user research, data analysis, and feedback across tools, processes, and experiences.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
• Own delivery of features on the roadmap, escalate blockers, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics and ROI, defining KPIs to evaluate success.
• Partner on go-to-market strategy with marketing and sales to drive adoption.
• Oversee products from ideation through launch, growth, and sunset if needed.
• Champion user experience with testing, prototyping, and user feedback sessions.
• Adapt and iterate based on feedback and market trends.
