Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and execution for digital products across multiple lines of business, unifying them under a single roadmap for customer journeys like Patient Intake & Scheduling or Revenue Management. You will lead ideation through launch, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and time to impact.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong Agile experience, and collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle.
