Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and execution for digital products across multiple lines of business. You will define and drive roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, design, and operations, and align initiatives with company goals to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset, with remote-work flexibility and a strong emphasis on customer experience and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of product management experience in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing value and feasibility.
• Own delivery of features on the roadmap and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to measure product impact and ROI.
• Partner with marketing/sales on go-to-market plans.
• Lead or partner with Associate Product Manager when needed.
