Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Understand customer needs through user research, data analysis, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, technical feasibility and business impact.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own the delivery of features and initiatives on the roadmap, manage blockers, and drive stakeholder updates.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
• Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market launch plans.
• Oversee products from ideation through sunset when needed.
• Champion user experience through research, surveys and rapid prototyping feedback sessions.
• Adapt and iterate based on feedback and market trends.
