Job summary

One Call in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy across digital products and drive roadmaps that align with business goals. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that improve the patient journey and efficiency across multiple lines of business.

You will lead ideation through launch, balance customer needs with technical feasibility, and mentor junior product staff while upholding a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize features and maintain product roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support for successful development and launch.
• Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate product impact and inform decisions.
• Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans to drive adoption.
• Manage lifecycle from ideation to sunset when needed.
• Advocate for user experience through research and rapid prototyping.
