The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Senior Product Manager, Service Enablement & Operations to shape how service work is done across the operating unit. You will own the vision, partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners to identify problems and translate insights into scalable products that improve efficiency and reliability.

In this director-level scope, you will deliver measurable outcomes, define success metrics, and foster alignment with customers and operations

Competenze

• 5+ years in product management or related fields (engineering, design, data, research).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated success shaping and shipping digital products that meet user needs and deliver business impact.
• Proficiency in modern discovery and delivery practices.
• Clear, compelling communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for a portfolio of products and experiences within the Service Enablement & Operations domain.
• Lead discovery through customer research, field observation, data analysis, experimentation, and rapid learning cycles.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business to deliver valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions.
• Build deep empathy for users including customers, operators, technicians, and service providers to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate trade-offs, and drive learning and continuous improvement.
