Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist Product Manager for Test Security Platforms to lead security across Identity, Behavior, Location, Platform and Environment domains. You will design a shared security platform, define capabilities and service contracts, and drive a data‑driven roadmap for online proctoring and related services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years owning security, identity, fraud, risk or trust‑and‑safety products.
• Demonstrated ownership of a platform or shared‑services product used by multiple internal teams.
• Experience with detection or classification products built on AI/ML and understanding precision/recall trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Domain and platform product ownership with a continuous, evidence‑driven roadmap.
• Market intelligence and outside‑in discovery to feed the roadmap and priority decisions.
• Evidence, measurement and model performance: define metrics and ensure defensibility of detections.
• Delivery partnership with Engineering, Architecture and Security Operations through the product lifecycle.
• Advancing how we work by replacing project‑shaped intake with durable product ownership.
