Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning security, identity, fraud, risk or trust-and-safety products.
• Demonstrated ownership of a platform or shared‑services product consumed by multiple internal teams or channels.
• Experience with detection or classification products built on AI/ML, and fluency in precision/recall trade-offs.
• Track record in regulated, high‑stakes environments where being wrong has real consequences.
• Evidence of driving a roadmap from market and threat intelligence rather than inbound customer requirements.
• Strong written communication; able to make complex security trade‑offs legible to execs and engineers.

• Own a persistent, outcome-based roadmap for five domains and platform capabilities.
• Design security as a shared platform with defined capabilities and integration patterns.
• Maintain a live capability gap analysis across domains for remediation plans.
• Build and maintain a standing view of the security threat landscape as input to the roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture and Security Operations from discovery to production.
• Write clear problem statements, decisions, and product narratives for diverse audiences.
• Champion durable product ownership and contribute to the shared operating model.
