Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Senior Product Manager for Terawave user terminals to own the hardware portfolio from concept to global deployment. You will define terminal roadmaps across form factors and market verticals, drive new product introductions from requirements through type approval and volume production, and build the ecosystem for Terawave connectivity.

Qualifications

• Hardware product ownership through full NPI lifecycle (requirements, design validation, qualification, approvals, production).
• Ability to write precise, testable hardware and software requirements.
• Strong BOM cost target development and total cost of ownership modeling.
• Must be a U.S. Person as per job posting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain multi-year Terawave user terminal roadmap aligned to service tiers and verticals.
• Create clear hardware/software requirements and specifications for engineering teams.
• Lead NPI programs from concept to qualification, certification, and ramp to volume production.
• Develop regulatory/certification strategies for each terminal tier and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Translate enterprise needs into terminal configurations through customer discovery and competitive analysis.
• Define SWaP and installation specs balancing RF performance with deployment constraints.
• Build business cases, pricing models, and BOM targets for new terminals.
• Collaborate with network/service teams to align terminal capabilities with SLAs and provisioning.
• Mentor other PMs.
