Nelnet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to identify market problems, validate opportunities, and shape strategic roadmaps. You will partner with executive stakeholders and product owners to deliver results through cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.

You will analyze market dynamics, drive pricing and business plans, and measure product performance against revenue and customer experience goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product or product management experience.
• SaaS based product development and software design knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develops industry relationships to identify market opportunities and define market problems.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales to guide competitive advantage and growth strategies.
• Documents competitor profiles and develops strategies for winning against the competition in 1–3 years.
• Uses Jira to maintain product roadmaps and define features for engineering aligned to vision and goals.
• Conducts client win/loss analyses and shares results across the organization.
• Develops, manages, and measures product launch processes and communications for effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Monitors KPIs to assess market performance, impact on operations and revenue goals.
• Manages ROI models for product portfolio and explores revenue opportunities with clients.
• Researches market pricing and proposes pricing strategies based on market adoption.
• Develops business plans.
