Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance Program Effectiveness & Analytics to lead testing and analytics for Bridgestone West across the Americas and EMEA.

The role emphasizes structured testing, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration in a lean team. The successful candidate will develop and mature the compliance program, advance data analytics capabilities, and help build AI-enabled tools, with a preference for Nashville-based work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ethics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a structured compliance program testing framework to assess the program's real-world effectiveness.
• Conduct compliance program assessments and controls testing across key risk areas, documenting findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain compliance program metrics and KPIs, and communicate performance insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of the compliance program based on testing outcomes and benchmarking.
• Build internal frameworks, tools, and resources to support repeatable assessments across the organization.
• Advance Bridgestone West's data analytics capabilities, focusing on actionable compliance data and dashboards (Power BI).
• Translate analytics outputs into clear insights for leadership and business partners.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging analytics tools and AI capabilities applicable to ethics and compliance.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance, HR, and Enterprise Risk Management to support integrated risk management.
• Support the anti-bribery program in collaboration with the EMEA-based lead.
