Job summary

EarnIn is hiring a Senior Product Manager on the Risk team in Mountain View. You will architect the Risk Platform, lead product strategy, and drive features addressing Credit, Fraud, and Risk Operations.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office work 2 days a week, with a base salary range of $229,000–$280,000 plus equity and benefits. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, define OKRs, and leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation and decisioning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2+ years in Product Management.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for product decisions and metric improvement.
• Deep empathy for user needs with a track record of resonating products.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with executives and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with rapid experimentation and creative problem solving.
• Ability to align teams and drive execution.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for credit and fraud risk management.
• Fintech/payments experience preferred.
