Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management on consumer apps

Responsibilities

• Own the home screen and core navigation experience with ML-orchestrated flows
• Lead cross-functional teams including Eng, Design, Research, and Data
• Define OKRs and drive goals aligned to wage access and design system adoption
• Champion design quality and EarnIn's design system across surfaces
• Establish metrics and monitor activation, trust, and platform performance
