UpClear, a global SaaS company, seeks an experienced Sr Product Manager to own and grow key areas of its revenue management platform. You will lead products from discovery through launch, directing Business Systems Analysts and partnering with Engineering while representing the product to clients and leadership.

You will guide discovery, write requirements, and shape MVPs. You will set success metrics, monitor adoption, and present outcomes to executives.

Formación

Experience with Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management, or Integrated Business Planning software.
Knowledge of CPG sales, trade, and finance processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with APIs, data structures, or system integrations.
Experience with BI/analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area in UpClear's revenue management platform.
Lead client discovery programs: select clients, craft questions, and translate findings into the roadmap.
Convert discovery findings into prioritized product decisions balancing value, effort and time to market.
Write and own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Develop prototypes and MVPs; collaborate with Engineering to align scope with client needs.
Set success metrics, track adoption post-launch, and determine next steps.
