Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management in a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment.
• Understanding how product decisions impact B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and the broader business case
• Proven ability to manage products in a hyper-growth environment, balancing speed with stability of high-volume systems (billions of dollars processed annually)
• Capacity to ingest a high volume of requests from cross-functional stakeholders, gracefully push back, and say no to preserve bandwidth for true growth drivers
• Motivated by scale, complexity, and solving problems that impact valuation and operational efficiency
• Systems thinker who translates cross-functional needs into clear product requirements
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive processes

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision & roadmap for Metropolis’ Network Expansion team, responsible for location growth-focused product strategy and outcomes
• Serve as primary product liaison for the growth team, ingesting feedback and prioritizing blockers
• Translate business goals and complex requirements into prioritized roadmaps and technical specifications
• Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback to achieve measurable outcomes
• Oversee day-to-day product execution, roadmap grooming, and engineering cadences, ensuring smooth continuous delivery
• Manage end-to-end launches, including QA, testing, rollout and adoption
• Monitor and drive key performance metrics to improve reliability, scalability, and growth
