Metropolis, a leader in the Recognition Economy, is seeking a Product Manager to own core parts of our platform powering location growth and operations. You will translate complex requirements into roadmaps, collaborate with engineering and operations, and drive initiatives that enable scalable, automated experiences across our network.

You will work in a high-growth, cross-functional environment where product decisions impact billions in transactions and partner success.

Formación

• 3+ years in Product Management in a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment.
• Proven ability to impact B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and business case.
• Experience managing products in a hyper-growth environment with high-volume, transaction-based systems.
• Ability to ingest multiple stakeholder requests, push back when needed, and focus on true growth drivers.
• Motivation to tackle scale and complexity and improve company valuation and efficiency.
• Systems thinking and translating cross-functional needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Network Expansion team.
• Serve as primary product liaison for the growth team and prioritize blockers.
• Translate business goals into prioritized roadmaps and technical specs.
• Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day product execution, roadmap grooming, and engineering cadences.
• Manage end-to-end launches from QA to rollout and adoption.
• Monitor KPIs to improve reliability, scalability, and growth.
