Job summary

Ingenuity Staffing is seeking a Product Manager with deep experience in retirement services and enterprise SaaS to own products end-to-end from discovery through launch. You will work with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver outcomes that drive client adoption, KPIs, and NPS.

You’ll balance customer value with business impact while navigating ambiguity and risk, shaping an outcome-based roadmap, and presenting clear recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retirement services or at a company building retirement industry software (recordkeeping, TPA, distributions, plan administration)
• 2+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS product management
• Track record taking digital products from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong data judgment and executive presentation skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and explicit tradeoffs

An established retirement services firm is transforming into a financial technology company. They need a Product Manager who knows how plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and participants actually experience this industry and can turn that into better software.

If you've built product for 401(k) plans, recordkeeping, or retirement plan administration, you already have the hardest qualification for this role to find.

About the Role

You’ll own products end to end: discovery, roadmap, requirements, launch, and optimization. You’ll be measured on outcomes (client adoption, KPIs, and NPS), not output. No direct reports; you’ll lead engineering, design, operations, and compliance through influence.
