Empower LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Core Services team to shape a customer experience that redefines financial services. You will lead with creativity, humility, and analytical rigor, collaborating with design, engineering, and research to build impactful products.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, fast execution, and delivering outcomes for end users aiming to achieve financial goals.

Formación

• 7+ years leading major digital direct-to-consumer products.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and research teams.
• Experience with aggregation and aggregation service providers.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Define a product strategy identifying opportunities with the biggest consumer impact.
• Own the product roadmap for short and long-term opportunities.
• Obsess about product design; collaborate with designers to simplify and improve experience.
• Leverage customer research, usability testing and market research for success.
• Partner with engineering and design to increase velocity, cohesion, and productivity.
• Define, analyze, and track key performance metrics.
• Drive decisions from customer insights, with agile methods and A/B testing.
