Confiz is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join one of our largest retail clients, supporting critical POS and store transaction initiatives. This role will own end-to-end product delivery and discovery, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, and Store Operations to modernize store technology, address legacy POS gaps, and build a prioritized roadmap for future enhancements.

• 3+ years of product management experience owning features end to end in an Agile squad.
• Strong discovery skills with user and stakeholder interviews.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering and design partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own epic-level delivery end to end with Engineering, UX, and Store Ops.
• Maintain backlog health, sprint cadence, and delivery transparency for the Core Enablement squad.
• Address legacy POS gaps with sequenced prioritization.
• Communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners and elevate blockers early.
• Represent squad work in planning forums and leadership updates.
• Navigate ambiguity with good judgment and a bias toward action.
• Balance execution with discovery instincts for next initiatives.
