Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in an Agile squad model.
• Strong discovery skills—ability to research ambiguous problems, talk to users and stakeholders, and build a prioritized backlog.

Responsibilities

• Own epic-level delivery end to end—framing problems to launch with Engineering, UX, and Store Operations.
• Maintain backlog health, sprint cadence, and delivery transparency for the Core Enablement squad.
• Investigate legacy POS gaps and build a sequenced, defensible prioritization.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and escalate blockers early.
• Represent squad work in planning forums and leadership updates.
• Navigate ambiguity with good judgment and a bias toward action.
