Job summary

Confiz is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join one of our largest retail clients, supporting critical POS and store transaction initiatives. This role will own end-to-end product delivery and discovery, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, and Store Operations to modernize store technology, address legacy POS gaps, and build a prioritized roadmap for future enhancements.

This role will own end-to-end product delivery and discovery, partnering closely with Engineering, UX, and Store Operations to modernize store technology, address legacy POS gaps, and build a prioritized roadmap for future enhancements.

Hybrid: Onsite 4 days Per Week, Remote Fridays

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT

Responsibilities

• Own epic-level delivery end to end — from problem framing through launch — in partnership with Engineering, UX, and Store Operations
• Maintain backlog health, sprint cadence, and delivery transparency for the Core Enablement squad
• Proactively investigate uninvestigated areas of the legacy POS parity gap and build a sequenced, defensible prioritization
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and elevate blockers early
• Represent squad work in planning forums and leadership updates
• Navigate ambiguity with good judgment and a bias toward action
• The strongest candidates will bring both execution discipline and genuine discovery instincts — someone who can deliver what's in front of them while staying curious about what should come next.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, owning features end to end in an Agile squad model
• Strong discovery skills — comfortable investigating ambiguous problem spaces, talking to users and stakeholders, and building a prioritized backlog from incomplete information
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering and design partners
• Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal — especially in technical contexts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

• Experience on a retail, POS, or internal platform product
• Familiarity with payments or transaction processing systems
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with a lean team and high ownership
