Job summary

TekWissen Group is assisting a fashion retailer client with a contract Product Manager II based in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on owning a Q4 roadmap for the POS+ initiative, collaborating with Eng, UX, and Store Ops to drive features and close parity gaps with the legacy POS system.

This is a high-ownership, contract position with potential for conversion to full-time. You'll work to prioritize backlog, manage delivery end-to-end, and communicate blockers early while shaping future roadmap

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in Agile squads.
• Strong discovery skills and backlog prioritization.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design.

Responsibilities

• Own epic-level delivery end to end from problem framing through launch with Eng, UX, Store Ops.
• Maintain backlog health, sprint cadence, and delivery transparency.
• Investigate legacy POS parity gaps and build defensible prioritization.
• Communicate blockers early and keep stakeholders informed.
• Represent squad work in planning forums and leadership updates.
