Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience owning end-to-end features.
• Strong discovery skills to investigate ambiguous problem spaces.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and designers.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially in technical contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own epic-level delivery end to end — from problem framing through launch — in partnership with Engineering, UX, and Store Operations
• Maintain backlog health, sprint cadence, and delivery transparency for the Core Enablement squad
• Proactively investigate uninvestigated areas of the legacy POS parity gap and build a sequenced, defensible prioritization
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and elevate blockers early
• Represent squad work in planning forums and leadership updates
• Navigate ambiguity with good judgment and a bias toward action
