Job summary

Confiz is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Communications Platform (CSP) and drive the ongoing Adobe Journey Optimizer migration for a leading Seattle retail client. You will partner with engineering, Adobe, and business teams to optimize multi-channel customer communications across email, push, and SMS.

The role is hybrid onsite 4 days/week with remote Fridays, schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, and demands 5+ years in product roles within Martech/CRM/ESP contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in a tech environment, with marketing/CRM/ESP exposure.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, CS, IT or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
• Hands-on ESP experience with Adobe AEM/AJO or similar platforms.
• Experience with data feeds and reporting integrations across CDP and lifecycle platforms.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, Adobe teams, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Own CSP product during migration, including lifecycle journeys and preferences.
• Be the primary product contact for Adobe partnerships and implementation teams.
• Collaborate with CSP Platform Engineering on integration enhancements and trigger logic.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized specs for data integrations and workflows.
• Drive channel strategy, frequency, and personalization balancing trust and revenue.
• Track migration milestones, risks, and dependencies for leadership review.
