Job summary

Confiz is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead end-to-end product strategy, collaborating with clients to translate needs into valuable data-driven solutions. You will oversee the full lifecycle, work with UX/UI on user-centric design, and drive adoption strategies to ensure market success.

You will partner with engineering, marketing, and customer success, using analytics to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement across digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products or data platforms.
• 2+ years of direct product ownership and proven track record of launching data products.
• Experience leading Product Design Process: design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing (Azure/Jira).
• Expertise with tools in PM toolkit (wireframing, task management, design thinking).
• Strong domain expertise in cloud-based data systems and real-time data processing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving user adoption and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment and customer value realization.
• Drive design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing with UX/UI teams.
• Develop and implement user adoption strategies and coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, growth, and support to deliver products and translate insights into features.
• Leverage data analytics and market trends to refine product strategy and track KPIs.
• Oversee digital transformation projects and drive organizational change for efficiency.
• Regularly update leadership with roadmaps, timelines, and strategic plans.
• Translate client goals into actionable product strategies delivering tangible value.
