Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Value realization to join a leader in healthcare analytics. You will shape reporting, measurement, and analytics capabilities to enable better decisions and track performance.

You’ll collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to translate needs into precise requirements and manage the backlog with discipline. You will be the main product contact during the build cycle for reporting solutions, ensuring KPI tracking and operational insights are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management or product owner experience, particularly in reporting or analytics.
• Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and manage backlog effectively.
• Knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and measurement concepts for tracking metrics.
• Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Familiarity with data/analytics concepts, translating them for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle and experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align.

Responsabilités

• Translate measurement and reporting needs into clear requirements for development teams.
• Drive delivery of new reporting requirements, serving as the main product contact during the build cycle.
• Manage and prioritize the reporting backlog based on business impact and dependencies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Support measurement tracking across NBA, monitoring business KPIs and operational metrics.
• Validate reporting and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and readiness for decision-making.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
