Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data Products to lead the strategy and evolution of our data products. You will influence analytics, reporting, and data platform capabilities, partnering with product leaders to define measurement and usage of metrics across the business.

The role emphasizes building reliable, scalable, and customer-facing data experiences that connect instrumentation, metric definitions, and insights into a cohesive product vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with analytics or reporting products.
• Proven ability to reconcile conflicting data definitions and create clear metric specifications.
• Experience in both platform and end-user-facing data products, ensuring cohesive functionality.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, including event pipelines and SQL proficiency.
• Strong collaboration skills to align definitions across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the evolution of the organization’s data products to enhance organizational insights.
• Define and standardize cross-product metrics for consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with domain product managers to establish and refine north-star metrics.
• Own the strategy for customer-facing data products, including dashboards and APIs.
• Set requirements for data instrumentation to ensure high-quality metrics.
