Job summary

Producto, a growing B2B SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the customer-facing reporting and analytics product. You will drive the transition from bespoke reporting to clean dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI-powered querying, collaborating closely with customers to deliver practical solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership of the product roadmap, working with Engineering and Design, and delivering data-driven features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong experience building or improving customer-facing reporting/analytics products.
• Experience in a SaaS business with $10M-$50M ARR.
• Hands-on analytical skills, including SQL experience.
• Owns a product roadmap and collaborates with Eng/Design and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer-facing reporting/analytics product and own its roadmap.
• Lead the shift from bespoke reporting to dashboards, self-service analytics, AI, and LLM-powered querying.
• Partner with customers to understand needs and translate them into features.
• Work with Engineering and Design to deliver impactful reporting solutions.
