Job summary

Valenz Health is seeking a Product Manager, Analytics and Reporting, to own client-facing reporting across the Valenz Health portfolio. You will shape how clients interact with data, building scalable reporting capabilities that turn complex healthcare information into clear, actionable insights.

You will collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Client Success, Sales and others to align priorities and deliver cross-product analytics that improve client value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with analytics or data-driven products.
• Experience building strategies and roadmaps for client-facing SaaS products.
• Experience with reporting platforms, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Experience working with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider, etc.).
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear priorities and scalable solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Data, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to balance client needs with broader product strategy and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client-facing reporting and analytics.
• Create a consistent reporting experience across products through KPIs, dashboards, scorecards and visuals.
• Partner with Product teams to evolve reporting with product functionality and enterprise priorities.
• Use feedback, adoption trends, usability insights to guide decisions and roadmap planning.
• Identify opportunities to combine healthcare data for more actionable insights.
• Advance from product-level reporting to cross-product analytics for connected views.
• Work with Data & Analytics and Engineering to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Explore self-service analytics and capabilities like benchmarking, predictive insights, AI.
• Lead cross-functional planning and prioritization of reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Data, Analytics, and Engineering from concept to delivery.
• Measure adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes to drive improvement.
• Support adoption with Client Success, Sales, and Implementation teams.
• Serve as an internal SME for client-facing reporting and future direction.
