Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Reporting and Data Analytics to join a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role will shape the enterprise approach to reporting, analytics, and data governance to support operational and financial decision‑making.

You will modernize data integrations, standardize KPIs and reporting methodologies, and improve the accuracy and usability of enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in data, analytics, reporting, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams or BI functions.
• Experience in multi-system organizations focused on data-driven performance.
• Knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement and state reporting requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data, reporting, and analytics strategy.
• Establish a multiyear roadmap for data integrations and reporting modernization.
• Define and standardize KPIs and reporting methodologies for business performance.
• Lead the development of data integration and reporting solutions.
• Oversee the reporting portfolio, ensuring accuracy and usability of reports.
• Partner with various departments to analyze operational and financial performance.
• Establish and lead the data governance operating model.
