Job summary

Rivet Education is seeking a highly organized, UX-focused Senior Product Manager to guide Rivet’s portfolio of digital products, including the Implementation Dashboard, PLPG, and AI Evaluator. You will translate customer needs and business priorities into product roadmaps, manage internal and external development partners, and drive data‑driven decisions to deliver meaningful value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software product management with launches.
• Experience leading outsourced product development and holding partners accountable.
• Technical fluency to read API specs and data models.
• Working knowledge of US K-12 education market and adoption processes.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable findings.
• Define meaningful metrics and build dashboards to track performance.
• Pricing or packaging for subscription products.
• Translate user needs into workflows and wireframes for contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle and roadmap for Rivet’s dashboards, PLPG, and AI tools.
• Conduct research and interviews to understand state and local education agencies and providers.
• Translate customer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize development across releases and manage vendor relationships.
• Define product performance metrics and monitor adoption, renewal, and pricing outcomes.
