You will own problem scope, priorities, and success metrics, while delivering outcomes as a hands-on contributor. You will align with partners and academic teams, define measurable success, and drive releases with clear communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience independently owning software product work from problem definition through launch and follow‑up.
• Ability to explain decisions with evidence and tradeoffs.
• Strong writing and communication for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Decide what to work on and why. Integrate user research, partner feedback and business priorities.
• Own scope and sequence. Define goals, acceptance criteria, dependencies; coordinate with engineering.
• Connect product, design and engineering; provide context and constraints for design decisions.
• Make success measurable. Define adoption, completion, failure rates, and support load; plan tracking.
• Manage stakeholder needs and commitments; align partners, academics, support and leadership.
• Carry work through release; test workflows, prioritize defects, communicate changes to customers.
• Follow up after launch; analyze usage and feedback to drive improvements.
