Rivet Education is seeking a highly organized Senior Product Manager to oversee the vision and direction of Rivet’s portfolio of digital products, including the Implementation Dashboard, PLPG, and AI Evaluator. You will translate customer needs and business priorities into product roadmaps, manage partners, and use data to drive decisions on features, pricing, and performance.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in software product management.
• Experience leading outsourced or vendor-built product development.
• Technical fluency to read API specs and understand data models.
• Working knowledge of the US K-12 education market and adoption processes.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into clear, actionable findings.

Responsabilités

• Own the product lifecycle and roadmap for Rivet’s portfolio (Dashboard, PLPG, AI Evaluator).
• Translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create user flows and wireframes; ensure intuitive, accessible interfaces.
• Prioritize releases and communicate trade-offs, dependencies, and changes.
• Manage external vendors and design partners; oversee scope and delivery.
• Define product metrics and monitor performance; inform pricing/packaging decisions.
• Maintain product documentation and enable cross-functional teams with materials.
