Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in edtech, consumer products, or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven track record launching user-loved features with measurable impact.
• Fluent in Jobs-to-be-Ddone / Shape Up and appetite-based, cycle-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy from deep user insight.
• Apply Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) to reveal what families hire the platform to achieve.
• Shape work in the spirit of Shape Up: set appetite, narrow problems, outline solutions before building.
• Liaise between departments to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Collaborate with a small team to build, launch, and iterate high-impact features.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, run experiments, measure outcomes, mentor through action.
