Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy, execution, and success of our digital products across care workflows. You will define roadmaps and lead initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration to improve patient intake, scheduling and revenue management.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions while balancing user needs with feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Understand customer needs through user research, data analysis and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, feasibility and business impact.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to ensure successful development and launch.
• Own the delivery of features on the roadmap, escalating blockers and coordinating updates with stakeholders.
• Define KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
• Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market plans that drive adoption.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch, growth and sunset if needed.
• Champion user experience with research, surveys and rapid prototyping with users.
• Adapt and iterate based on feedback, performance data and market trends.
