Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and execution for digital products. You will align multiple business lines under a single roadmap, driving cohesive experiences for patients and providers through technology.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, user empathy, technical fluency, and execution excellence, with a remote-first work model supporting collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Understand customer needs by conducting user research, analyzing data, and gathering feedback.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Write clear requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own the delivery of features on the roadmap and manage blockers across teams.
• Monitor performance by defining KPIs and evaluating ROI.
• Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market plans that drive adoption.
• Manage products from ideation through launch, growth and sunset if needed.
• Champion the user experience through research, prototyping and iterative feedback sessions.
• Adapt and iterate based on data and market trends.
