Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape digital product strategy across multiple lines of business, including patient intake and scheduling or revenue management. You will lead initiatives from ideation to launch, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

This remote-first role requires strong leadership, collaboration with engineering, design, and operations, and a proven track record of delivering customer-focused products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of launching successful products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and feedback.
• Prioritize features and maintain the product roadmap.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of features and initiatives and manage performance metrics.
• Partner on go-to-market plans to drive adoption.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
• Advocate for user experience through research and rapid prototyping.
