Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and deliver digital products across patient intake, scheduling, and revenue management. You will align multiple lines of business under one roadmap to deliver cohesive experiences that support our mission.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, write requirements, and measure impact with clear KPIs. A remote-first, full-time role that emphasizes data-driven decisions and user-centered design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management in tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data.
• Create roadmaps balancing value, feasibility, and impact.
• Write detailed requirements, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of features on the roadmap and drive iterations.
• Define KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions.
• Partner on go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales.
• Manage lifecycle from ideation to sunset when needed.
• Champion user experience with UX research and rapid prototyping.
