Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of digital products across multiple lines of business. You will define roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, design, and operations, and deliver cohesive customer experiences across patient intake, scheduling, revenue management, and related journeys.

You will lead ideation, story creation, delivery, and iteration, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and time to impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
7+ years of product management experience in tech or SaaS.
Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities.
Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing value, feasibility, and impact.
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to drive development and launch.
Own delivery of features on the roadmap and manage blockers and updates.
Define KPIs to evaluate product success and inform decisions.
Partner with marketing and sales for go-to-market planning and adoption.
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset if needed.
Champion user experience through UX collaboration and rapid prototyping.
