You will lead cross-functional teams to drive engagement, improve health outcomes, and deliver commercially viable wellness solutions across channels. The role may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US, depending on location and hub access.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or product strategy.
• Experience designing, managing, or evolving products across digital platforms and partner services.
• Strong ability to translate market insights into commercially relevant product direction.

Responsibilities

• Shape wellness product strategy and growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional product development across Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Product and related teams.
• Integrate market and customer insights to inform product priorities and messaging.
• Develop clear wellness value propositions and market-facing materials for internal and external audiences.
• Track performance indicators and advise on enhancements, optimization, and lifecycle decisions.
