Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of new AI capabilities that help organizations coordinate complex critical-event response workflows. This role drives from zero to one, turning customer needs into trusted automation and partnering with Engineering and Design to rapidly prototype, ship, and scale solutions.

You will own the roadmap for AI features, balance business and customer needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, including owning a product or major product area end to end — discovery, delivery, and measurement.
• Experience taking a product or major capability from zero to one: defining the problem, shaping the concept, and shipping the first versions into customers’ hands.
• Familiarity with AI-native products, workflow automation, or similar.
• Understanding of how AI capabilities are integrated into products, including guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for new AI capabilities and decide what to build, defer, or decline.
• Shape strategy and positioning for a still-defined product and build a business case for next steps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate problems into specifications and milestones.
• Break large initiatives into releasable increments delivering early customer value.
