Job summary

AlertMedia is hiring a Product Manager to turn real-world security expertise into Social Intelligence software that helps teams identify credible threats sooner and protect people when it matters most.

You will own the risk intelligence roadmap, work with engineering, design, and marketing to translate customer problems into tangible software, and leverage AI tooling to prototype quickly for customer validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or intelligence program design, tooling selection, or internal capability building.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to decide from incomplete or conflicting information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a product roadmap for risk intelligence capabilities and translate customer problems into clear specs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver value in increments and maintain launch readiness.
• Work with AI tooling to prototype and validate concepts with customers quickly.
