Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of regulatory reporting products. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable features, collaborate with engineering, data teams, and external clients, and ensure compliance obligations are met across the investment lifecycle.

You will define data flows, APIs, and reporting interfaces while tracking adoption, data quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a strong technical perspective.
• Experience in regulatory reporting within financial services or fintech.
• Working knowledge of the investment lifecycle and regulatory outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory reporting.
• Translate regulatory developments into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering on design, trade-offs, and delivery in agile cycles.
• Gather requirements from clients and compliance teams and support onboarding.
• Define data flows across trading, post-trade, operations, accounting, and reporting.
• Shape client-facing tooling, including data delivery, integrations, APIs, formats, and interfaces.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, data quality, timeliness, and satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Compliance, Client Services, Sales, and Operations.
