Job summary

You will partner with designers, engineers, and legal SMEs to deliver AI-powered workflows, measure outcomes, and drive adoption while balancing risk and speed in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years building and shipping technology-powered products.
• Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods.
• Experience defining and owning KPIs and product roadmaps.
• Experience testing, measuring product metrics, and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to present demos/prototypes to stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate hard problems with multiple constraints and present a data-informed narrative.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and results for regulatory change and compliance product area.
• Mentor product managers and contribute to team development.
• Owns end-to-end product lifecycle from problem validation to launch and iteration.
• Aligns product goals with company strategy and secures cross-functional commitment.
• Uses product data and customer insight to drive decisions and define success metrics.
• Drives cross-functional initiatives and manages trade-offs to protect the roadmap.
• Champion the voice of the regulated customer including compliance and legal teams.
• Develops business cases for new investment and quantify customer value and market impact.
