Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks a Sr. Product Manager I to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of regulatory reporting products.

You will partner with engineering and data teams, translate regulatory requirements into scalable capabilities, and engage with internal and external clients to ensure compliance obligations are met. Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a strong technical product perspective.
• Background in regulatory reporting within financial services or fintech.
• Working knowledge of the investment lifecycle, including trading, operations, and the related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory reporting.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into user stories and specs.
• Collaborate with engineering on design, trade-offs, and delivery in agile sprints.
• Gather requirements from clients, compliance teams, and client-facing groups.
• Define data flows across the investment lifecycle and ensure outputs are accurate and auditable.
• Shape client-facing tooling (data delivery, integrations, APIs, reporting interfaces).
• Define success metrics and track adoption, data quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare product documentation, release notes, and client communications.
